I've had my car sitting in the garage for the last 3 months, and like an idiot I forgot to disconnect the battery. So I jumped the car today and it's getting power but no spark or fuel. I heard that when the battery dies the alarm system cuts off the spark and fuel. I've check my owners manual but found nothing about this. Is this true? And how can I reset the alarm and get my car running? If not, I'm going to check all the fuses right now, any other suggestions will be greatly apprieciated. Thanks guys.

If you solve the problem, do not just post that the problem is solved, post what you did. Someone else may have the same problem, find this post, and in this case learn nothing. Post up what you did and you may help someone else out another day.
