would this yield any gains. Ive heard 5 angle valve jobs help as well.... I have a 2 liter automatic mk4. Let me know how much i will be spending as well and what kindof gains i would see and whether they woul dbe low end or top end gains...thansk!

best bang for the buck is nitrous
you'll spend around $550 or so to get it done
you'll gain about 10-15 hp, mostly top end...if your lucky. you really need a cam, cam gear, intake, exhaust/header and a chip to get the most out of p&p. otherwise it's a waste of money.
