if your currensit residing area has no winter, I HATE YOU!
I put snow tires/wheels on both cars, and raised the Volvo a little bit and cleaned up the coilover from summer dirt. Just waiting for the first big snow fall, then I'll be out and mimic rally driving at 10mph.

...I can't a decent picture if my life depended on it.
Tomorrow it gets a good coating of wax on the paint, some silicone rust inhibitor under the fenders and into the doors, and an interior cleaning... Taking it into a heated shop to do it (it's 1°C out today).

your volvo is HOT
thats raised?? what does it look like lowered!
ps: you drive those in ontario winters ??? poor things

It still is lowered... Volvo's don't sit that low on their own (only their rear ends when the Nivomats (load leveling shocks) eventually stop working) he said he raises it up a little.
Bah Ontario winters... proper cars can handle them, no problem. BMW's seem to rust a little easier, but galvanized Volvo's basically "don't" rust (the older ones rust - pre 1987 I believe, but even some of those ones are holding up) - unless there's been some damage. My parents' 960 has rust on the horn bracket, some under body components, and a bit on the engine cradle.... but that's it - never rust proofed, always winter driven.

I raised the car about 3/4" all around, new coilovers are coming, with altered geometery, I'll be able to go another 1.5-2" and more travel, camber adjustment, toe, caster........ oooooh I can't wait.

Are those your winter wheels?

Yes, 18" all-season tires. They were on the car when I bought it. I was thinking of getting a pair of 15" rims with real winter tires but have not got around to look for any yet...
