I Think something is wrong with my power steerring. When i turn my wheel it makes this loud ass noise and so god dam annyoing. Do you think it has to do with the fluid or the pump. I replaced the pump in the sumer when it was makin the same noise. What do yo think the problem is.

What kind of noise? Whining noise? If so your power steering fluid may be low or your pump going again

what is 'whining' exactly? if it is kinda screeching, squealing, it is the belt, otherwise it is probably the pump.
