T60 Connector
- Yellow (FPR) pin #40 (Blue wire at ECU)
- Blue (Map) pin #23 (Green wire at ECU)
- White (Failsafe ECU side) pin #51 (Violet w/white stripe) {possible pin#3 on some models, your #51 or #3 will be empty}
- Brown (Failsafe N75 side) pin #51 (Violet w/white stripe)

Green User Harness (injectors):

T60 Connector
- Red (injector+) Pin #31 (brown w/black stripe)
- Green (injector-) Pin #33 (red w/black stripe)

Map sensor is on pin #39 and not #23
WG control is on pin #3 possibly, CBFA wiring diagram showed #3 but it wasn't on an MKVI

 on the turbo kit/build. Different from every other BT build

I'm more interested in the brakes though. What brackets/mounts did you have to get to have the 17Z calipers to fit? I was looking at the 17Z/18Z calipers for the BBK I want to do.

if memory serves me right, the calipers mount to our hubs just fine and you use mercedes suv rotors. all bolts up

This 17/18z use a ML350 rotor with a 67 to 65mm hub ring (use metal only), 14mm x 55mm bolts with 5/8" x.035 tubing bushings and last mkiv r32 front brake lines. This will then all bolt ip just make sure your calipers are on the correct sides since they are progressive, little piston is first in the forward direction.

Wow! amazing to get that much power out of 2 liters! I'd be interested in 1/4 mile times if you ever race it.

Few updates to what been going on since I have not posted in forever. :D

New Transmission is installed and car is mobile again. GLI gtrans gearing is sooooo long, its bout 105ish+ mph in 3rd and 60mph on the highway is at 2k.

Pic of the trans painted before it went in.

Pic of the exhaust manifold and turbo inlet. Also you can see the vacuum pump fitting is spun after the melt down, it does turn without issue. You just need to redo the hoses.

One thing I hated is how the factory heat shielding looked and how it was falling apart, so I changed it to a heat shield that looks factory and works well. Also, added a shield to the bottom of my intake and some of the wiring. Last true shielding was that I wrapped my TB pipe, it looks good too but its almost a shame since the fab work looked amazing.

Added some gold to the hood, it looks good and it will prevent any chance of paint issues from the heat. Attention to detail is everything every edge is siliconed in to make sure no peeling and it looks much better.

Project in the works, teaser ;) (will be done in a few weeks once everything comes in)

Been working on my Daily as well, painted all the clamps and everything that looks bad about this after I took this shot. She has 266,000 miles on her and doesn't burn a drop of oil

Some pics of the bay and overall, almost forgot cleaned up the bay a little and painted the intake as well.
