WHats the price for a 100k program on a a3 GTi 8v? I need a timing belt, which I already have, replace all the other belts, and whatever else you recommend. Thanks in advance

Just thought i would see if you have noticed me driving around or not, and give you a heads up on my stopping by. Take it easy ! http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

Sorry, I haven't seen that car around at all but I'm sure you'll be very happy with a Jetta. Make sure you get a 1.8T so you can bolt up bigger turbos to it
Stop on by when you get your new ride and we'll take care of ya.

Re: Pro-Imports Service Offerings! 7.5k/15k/30k/Timing Belt/Brakes! ([email protected])

quick question: how do the service intervals compare to the recommended vw intervals? did my 10k at a dealer and decided never to go again... apparently appointments mean NOTHING to them
.. back to question at hand... would the 7.5k service be comparable to the 10k vw service, the 15k to the 20k vw service, etc...? what kind of service regimen do you recommend (oil changes, rotations, etc)

Ditto!!! Don't like going to the dealer. I had them do the 5000 service on my .:R32. I'd like to have my 10K service done by someone else. If Pro-Imports is as good as everyone say they are it may be worth the drive from Glen Burnie so....I will ask.
10K service on a 2004 VW .:R32 $$$???
Thanks!

Re: Pro-Imports Service Offerings! 7.5k/15k/30k/Timing Belt/Brakes! (edrussell)

The 10K service for your R32 will run you $66. It is basically an oil change (with Mobil 1) and tire rotation (if the tires need it).
Our service intervals don't really match up to VWs that well. Basically in the case of your R32, at 15K, you'll come back in and we'll do an intermediate service. Then, we'll see you again at 20K for another oil change, and again at 25k for another oil change. Then at 30K we do the major service.
Essentially our Intermediate service (which we recommend every 15K miles) roughly equates to VWs 20K service.
I know it's a little confusing and I'll try to keep a better eye on this thread. If you have any questions let me know via IM, e-mail or give me a call at 301-519-0908.
Thanks all!

PM'd you in reference to a clutch install. I think it's probably a bit too far to drive, and it would sort of counter the whole point in driving a good distance to save money--then I'd just be spending the money I saved on gas. lol.. Anyway, looking to find out how much you guys would do a clutch install on a 2003 1.8T GTI for.

would a 75k mile service be an intermediate since it was only 15k since the major 60k mile service?
and why does $57 sound like almost twice as much as i pay everywhere else?

Re: Pro-Imports Service Offerings! 7.5k/15k/30k/Timing Belt/Brakes! (Roat)

Yup, the 75K would be an intermediate if your last major was done at 60K.
I assume you mean the $57 for an oil change? Well, we're not Jiffy Lube.
That price is using Mobil 1, so if you wanted to use dyno juice it would be less, but to do it right and properly that's what it takes.
Cheers!
