I own a 95' VW Passat GLX, 5 speed... When the car gets warm it starts to stutter, major loss in HP. RPMs skip... The catylitic converter would get cherry hot, I thought it was plugged... well it wasn't and niether is the complete exhaust. My father heard it while I was driving by him, to show him what it sounds like. He said it sounds like it's starving for fuel. What could be the issue...? I need major help, and quick!
