has anyone had problems caused by there power module? i installed a tt module a couple months ago. in the past two weeks my car has been acting very strange. i'll be driving around at like 50mph and the motor will just turn off stereo and everything still running. i'll try to start my car and it cranks but doesnt fire. if i let it sit for like 10min it will start again and drive fine.

does this sound like it could have somthing to do with the power module?? its a 1.8 16v

That doesn't sound like the power module's doing. The module only intercepts and changes the coolant temp sensor to the ECU. Try unplugging the power module harness at the temp sensor and reconnecting the factory plug.

yea i dont really think the problem is caused by the module, but i figured i'd see if anyone has had a problem like that caused by the module.

i had the same problem with mine about a month ago...it was a bad halls unit on my distributor....good luck
