Does anyone know the best way to free the 6mm hex bolts that hold the proporting valve to the axle? They are in awfully tight and the heads are very soft (like a set screw)

Well i wish ya luck.
With that here goes. Out of the three that Ive had the pleasure of working on two had to be drilled out. The other we used lots of rust break or some sort of rust penitration spray to break it free as well as some heat like a hand held torch of such. Its not easy and sometimes does not work. But thats the best I can give ya.

Thanks Nate ! Anyone else have similar experiences?
Anyone leave their drum proportioning valve in place and NOT do the switch? ABS folks -- you do not have a prop valve.
