I am moving from California to Washington. Is there a product I can use to protect the paint along the bottom where their might be a lot of paint chipping going on? " yes I did try the search"

3m stoneguard? Not sure if you would want to stick it on to paint tho.

I know I've seen a huge sticker on a bmw hood that was for protecting it from rock chips. It was like 3m stone guard for lights, but seemed thinner?
I think zuberwhore has that kinda stuff. BTW welcome to washington.

it exists, and it's not as thick as stoneguard. it's very thin, made to go over your hood. comes off without making your new hood bare metal. dunno the name of it though, im sorry.
