Pulling up the door stills??? HOW???

Hey Guys,
I know this is more of a CAR AUDIO question, but i post there and get no answers. But .....I just needed to know how to pull up the door stills to run the wiring for my AMP?????? I know you should just pull, but it seems like i'm going to break the darn thing.

It's just metal expansion tabs in a slot.
Just pull.
When replacing, make sure the tabs are lined up and straight though.
