Putting on my exhaust!Help

Well i was in my shop class and i put my car on the hoyst. I was planning on putting my exhaust on. I went to look at the muffler and i saw that the muffler is so far away from the bumper of the car. I know i need to get some hangers and an extension.Is that how u guys did it,where did u get your pieces from? Do you guys have any pics of your underbody so i can see how it should look.
