I don't know, but I would check the heat tollerences of that stuff. Also, if you were making any kind of a joint you would need to check the heat tollerence of the adhesive, too.
And you might have to fabricate some of your own connectors to hook it up to the other components.

Do it. I wouldn't worry too much about heat tolerances. Only thing hot around the intake is the engine compartment air.
Where were youthinking of putting the pipe? I would cut a hole i nthe front portion of the lower half of the air box and run it to the bumper. Keeping the stock air box otherwise untouched. My $0.02.
