That guy owns a shop in Shrewsbury, MA...he was also in PVW last year for an article, not a 1/4 page picture.
I love reading Chester's column, always spot on about American "taste."

Who is doing the swap? A friend of mine declined for several reasons....I've also heard that car has been keyed no less than 4 times.
