Question about ATP 3" dp and high flow cat

If you use the high flow cat with the 3" dp does it fit the same as the race pipe given to you with the dp? I noticed their website says flanged both ends for the cat, so do you have to get a flange welded on to your cat back?

they give you an extra flange w/ a short pipe welded on ... fits the sleeve just as before. no modifications necessary
