I talked to a guy at waterfest who had them. He said he ordered the whole rearend pan that the lights bolt to. I guess the euros are wider and don't fit quite right. But you could customize them to fit i guess...I dig the euros too.

they are by no mean a direct swap..they are wider and not as long...so extensive body work has to be done to get them to fit....that's why i also picked up a whole rear panel to do my swap....it was only 24 british pounds from euro car parts.....that would save tonnes of money on the body work.....
i'm doing mine next year...

Okay, let's say we scratch that idea for now. Thanks for the info. What about Cabby/early Rabbit tails? I think I just want to tint them anyway.

I have early rabbit tailights on my 2 dr 83 no new rear body panel just that early rabbit plastic filler peice
