question about tire size

what size tires would you get for a 16x9 wheel?
is there any good all season tires for this size??
also how do you read these numbers?

What car would you put the wheels on? Michellin, Pirelli, SOME Dunlops, Then there is Yokohama, they have some awesome tires.
The numbers are 16"=diameter 9"=width. 16"x9"=to big for most VeeDubs

tire size would be 215/40/16 or if you want 225/40/16... id do 215

i think you'll want like a 225 or maybe bigger bigger- 215 is like 7.5 " or so , not sure cause im kinda lubed at the moment

Well, it really depends on the look you are going for. 215s will be more stretched and will make it easier to fit 16x9s, while 225s will be less stretched and will most likely cause more rubbing issues. I'd go for 215s, as it just so darn sexy!
