I'm moving to Northern Va pretty soon, who is a good dealer? Who should I stay away from? I can see that Fairfax is a pretty bad dealer. Thanks

Yes, yes they are. Springfield is pretty cool, I'm going there on Monday to get my glove box and arm rest replaced. They actually called ME back instead of me calling them numerous times for a response. They even offered for me to come in wednesday afternoon at 3:00 and let me wait with the car even if it means they have to work overtime to get my stuff fixed. Awesome guys, great customore service. Fairfax could take QUITE a few lessons from them.

Martens in Bethesda is pretty good. They've got a night-shift service department too.

Fitzgerald Auto Mall ins Fredrick MD is pretty awsome, the service department is great too.

The man said Northern VA. You have about 5 choices.
Springfield VW (5 minutes from my house) - I Seldom go here for parts and never for service
Stohlmans in Tysons Corner, pretty good from what I hear
Fairfax VW in Fairfax VA (Part of the Rosenthal family - suck a big ole weenie)
Alexandria VW, near Crystal City/Pentagon. - This is where I go.
Radley VW in Dale City area. Never been
You need to build more of a relationship to get the service. Everyone is super busy here too.

I use Martens. One of their main techs is a friend of mine, so I usually ask for him.
