I have a obd1 vr6 12v engine, i also have a obd2 Shrick Manifold.
I know they TB's holes are different and i have searched and searched for a adapter but cannot find one.
Any one have any ideas or leads?
One company said they may be able to just sell me the TB part of a obd1 Schrick Manifold but they have yet to find one for me.
I dont currently have the time or resources to machine one.

I run a OBD2 Schrick on my OBD1 and it wasn't hard at all. I used an OBD2 tb and just wired in the OBD2's tps into the OBD1 wiring. The 5v/ground wires were backward from what I thought they'd be on the OBD2 but other then having to swap them I had no issues. I retained the stock OBD1 ISV due to the OBD2 still having that port available on the side. I also had to delete the EGR but that wasn't hard either. Any other questions, just shoot.

Did the holes align? Or did you modify the TB in any way other than the wiring?
I may go the simple route and just buy the above linked adapter plate if he still makes them just in case i ever take off the manifold i dont have to find another TB which would be the same cost as the adapter.

I used an OBD2 tb so it bolted right on to the OBD2 Schrick. The wiring I just had an OBD2 ABA harness that I cut the plug and wire pigtails off of to wire it in.
The adapter would probably be cheaper if you don't already have an OBD2 tb sitting around.

yeah, my car is obd1, so the TB is obd1. My manifold is obd2 so the TB portion the holes do not align up.
I want to use the TB as is but i need and want a adapter to mount it to the obd2 manifold.
Car: OBD1
Manifold: Obd2

I know exactly what you're saying, and that's exactly what I have. OBD1 engine management, OBD2 Schrick manifold. I used an OBD2 tb with some wiring mods. I'll try and take a picture later.

cool, love to see it.
At first i did not understand but now i do, you re wired the OBD2 TB to work with the OBD1 setup.
Any issues with the length of the throttle cable?
