questions on installing Helle Micro Xenon DE...

I don't have the instructions for this, and search is down. Anyone know where is the best place or where I should be mounting the ballasts? Any special method or position I need to follow? If anyone has a link to installation instructions, please let me know. This is the Jetta kit. Thanks.
