Quick Q about headlamps

to settle a debate, the question is:
what is the wattage (60/80, 80/100, etc.) and bulb type (H4, H3, etc.) of stock J4/G4 headlights?

Stock Wattage (do not exceed): 55/60W
Jettas have #9007 bulbs stock and if you have fogs they are H3
Jettas use H4 with e-codes and the fogs are H3
