On a dynojet the 91 octane program dynos at 212hp, which is about 240-245hp at the crank
I've not seen a dynojet dyno of the 93 octane program, but its going to be pretty close to 250 crank.
The peak horsepower gain is not massive, maybe 20 to 30hp, but the difference in the midrange is more like 40-50hp
