Ideally the AWW or AWP motors would be what you want, if the motor you get is from a Golf/GTI/Jetta... however, there are "similar" motors from the NB, or Longitudinal from A4 / Passat..
Apologies, all I know about are the Golf/GTI/Jetta... AWD is the 150HP before the updates... AWW has updated motor goodies, and AWP the same with chip... they are 2000=AWD, 2001=AWW, and 2002=AWP... cheers!
