Yea, id be interested to see what it looked like in the engine bay. If need be the bottom of the metal plate can be protected against sparking.

Forget about the cover, throw in a Braille Battery for about 100 bucks and save alot of weight. In fact, mount it in your trunk and be real cool and increase the handling characteristics either way... ROCK ON!
