I just found this old pic from 1988 of the group of Rabbits my dad owned once. They were all early german models too. He was using them as parts cars, because everyone in my immediate family drove a Rabbit at that time.

Actually, I don't know yet. I ordered them in the summer in Montreal and they were on back order. They arrived just in time for me to put the Rabbit away for the winter

Anyway I just couldn't resist adding them to my sig

I'll let you know how thsy are in the spring for sure.

Based on the colours in the picture, I would guess that it is somewhere between 76 and 78.....look at the tails....76 or later. Marina Blue came in somewhere in 76 I think. Come to think of it, there are no metallic colours in there either. Were they on a different line? can't remember if they had metallic from the start or not.
