Rabbit Window Cranks

My windows are a ----- to roll up, and my driver side window doesn't roll up straight, it falls back (towards the rear of the car) so i halfto hold it while rolling it up to get it to shut correctly. I pulled the door panel off my driver side but my bently manual is no help and i dont have the slightest on how to fix this..

the same thing is happening on my passenger side window. I took the door apart and nothing seems to be broken or bent. If anyone knows what is going on please help us!!!
