Hey,
I recently installed a new fan into my VW golf and am having 'complications'.
One thing i noticed prior to the install was how loose my radiator/fan was. I thought this was normal, but after talking to a few friends, it is not.
Basically, without unscrewing anything, i could shake my radiator and make it move back and fourth, like a loose tooth.
After replacing the fan, this was still possible.
Whenever my fan kicks in, or when I turn A/C to get the fan insta-on, I hear a vibrating noise that just does not sound good. My question is how to I tighten the radiator? I'm pretty sure this is where my vibrations are coming from.
Any and all insight/help is greatly appreciated.
