Radio block out plate, doorhandles-

So my stereo got jacked last night, and im thinking stereo block out plate, the factory gauge style ones. Are they still making these, or where do you get one? And on the topic of doorlocks, should i replace my old ones, OR should i go for the newer Audi or Corrado style...
Oh yeah, when i find the guy, should kneecap him, or drag him behind my car with some speaker wire? thieves blow.
