Rado engine swap

sorry if this has been posted already but has anyone swapped in a 20V 1.8T motor yet? how difficult? how easy will upgrades fit in the engine compartment (downpipe, dv, intake, etc.)? what parts are needed? looking for a project car & absolutely love the motor...hopefully turn this car into a full time strip car
