SO with all these bars to add stability to the car IF you have roof racks that go into the rain gutter would that tie into making the car stiffer?? NOt saying a roof rack is a strut bar but would it help during auto x? Why and why not

added body roll? I dunno, I doubt there would be much to gain by them, but try it out....who knows?

I would say no, the racks are spring loaded so would flex when stressed. Besides it would also create wind resistance and every little bit helps when you are driving the aerodynamic equivalent of a lunchbox.

which ones are spring loaded? my thule's all riveted together - which means i can't get a longer bar (at least not easily

Well I'm pretty sure that your roof and between your doors aren't load bearing areas, so any flex it just going to transfer.
