Was working under the car so I had the e-brake on.
brakes are now stuck. I have rear drums. e-brake cable
has been removed...still stuck. I can't rotate the drum to
actuate the wedge on the springs either. Any thoughts?
Could the press. regulating valve be stuck? Next step was
going to be bleed them.
