Doubt it. Cause it's made somewhere other than Germany. And that's the only place (well, Europe) where it's required.

I been reading on the posts that some cars are equipped witht he lights and some aren't..... none except for Wolfsberg are made in germany if I am not mistaken, but they do reuse the parts. I don't wanna tear my dash appart to see that it's not there. Any and all help is appreciated.
