Rear spoiler questions

Ok, I am taking the spoiler off my trunk and I don't exactly know what kind it is. I figured since I won't need it any more I may as well make a few bux. It says MS Design and what appears to be a bunch of German writing. It also says Made in Austria. It kind of looks like a stock Jetta wing except longer and a little taller.
