If its manufactured and mounted right it shouldn't. As long as your using drop links that have heim joints or some other kind of pivot it shouldnt affect it. The only problem you would have is if the sway bar was too narrow or something, and when you tightend the mounting screws it actualy pulled the trailing arms.
