I'm rollin a 96 Golf 4cyl dropped on Bilstein SP and H&R Sport springs.. I have the OEM 17mm front sway bar. Just bought Front Upper and Lower OMP stress bar, waitin the upper rear stress bar and wanted to know: How do I know which diameter of rear sway to buy to fit with the combo I have right now ? 25mm ? 28mm?

Re: Rear sway bar sizing questions (briang)

I've seen that there is no price difference anyway between 25 and 28...
so $ isn't an issue... need the most adapted part for my little ride

Go NS 28 you can always adj. it softer and it doesn;t seem you can go too stiff on our VW's

Go with the 28mm bar, its not as "extreme" as you may believe. The 25mm will have you wanting more more more.... I have the 28mm on my car and put it on the medium setting from day one. The car handlies just great and helps a ton when I auto-x. I've always been tempted to put it on the stiffest setting but have just been too lazy
