Well my dad did them for me last week while I was replacing my dust shields/brake pads and it didn't look too hard. I know he didn't have to use a vice or press or anything but I think he used some special tool to get them out easier. The bearing that's to the outside of the disc fell right out, but the back one was tight. Hope that is of some help.
