ive tried and enjoyed mtl in my A2 but i know some people use mt90...just wanting to hear from peope that have tried both
if your reading this, give it a bump cus i wana know

Apparently when referring strictly to VW's specs, the heavier MT-90 is closer to spec, but the MTL works better at cold temps... and seems to provide the high-end temperature protection as well. IIRC, the MT-90 is recommended for later model VW's (Mk3's?).
I use MTL and have been very pleased with the results. It makes shifting like butta.
