Re: relays (vDuBkID)

You might try replacing the Load Reduction Relay which will be the fourth relay from the left in the second relay row above the fuses. (PN 191 939 503). The headlights and some of the other stuff you mention connects through that relay. Also check the connections on the back of the fuse/relay panel. The CEII fuse and relay panel is supposed to have a sliding lock bar to secure the connectors. But I have seen some unusual electrical issues from connectors in the back that become disconnected. I'd suspect the blue instrument cluster connectors.

Re: relays (vDuBkID)

The manual is copywrited. Go to your local public library and check for a Chilton Manual. If they don't have it ask if they can get it through inter-library loan. The Chilton has the best wiring diagram for the 90-92 Digi Cars. (It's wiring diagrams beat the Bentley Manual as far a completeness and clairty.) However, as I said above, the problem might not just be a relay (although I'd suspect the "503" relay.) But check the fuse/relay panel connections at the rear of the panel before doing anything else.
