There is one in the DIY/FAQ but it is a bit of a lark. I would like to know if someone has DIY that the rear brakes still work when the pedal is depressed

Just go find yourself a MKII in the Junkyard w/ rear disk, and take everything off of it that's different than what's on your car. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

you can use mk3 parts too, they bolt up. gotta change parking cable and hardline as well.
