So I'm putting my kids to bed and my six year old is reading her
Highlights magazine. I used to love these as a kid and would always
read them at the dentist office while waiting in the lobby. My favorite
section was always the "Hidden Pictures" portion.
Anyhow, so I'm reading with my kid and then I see it... ATM3222's
green R32 in the magazine! Funny part is, my kid was asking "what is
a hobby" and my wife was explaining to her that daddy's two
favorite hobbies are VW R32s and photography... no joke.
At first I thought it was funny that it looked like a VW Golf, then I saw
that it had dual exhaust and it was ATM3222 green.

Way to go ATM3222! Always good to get magazine coverage! http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

MY Aunt used to get my brother and I a subscription to Highlights when we were groing up for X-mas every year, that is soooo coool!!! If I were ATM3222, I would write to the artist and send him a pic...give him a http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif for putting the R in there.

Found his website.

http://www.philwms.com/
BTW, the area code (610) for his contact phone number is for the area west of Philly, east of Reading, north of the MD and DE state lines, and well...here's a map. The city listed as Rob's hometown (Marlton, NJ) is but 5 miles east of Philly.

/Why is it all of us remember reading Highlights in the dentist's office?

I'd love to see their subscription break-down.

and 2% are parents living vicariously through their children.

Further sleuthing reveals that the number is "unlisted" so a full (free) reverse search is impossible, but I did find that the number is either listed as a Philly number or a Bridgeport number. Bridgeport is just north-west of Philly, in the 'burbs. Marlton is just 30 miles south-east, in the Jersey 'burbs of Philly. Either way, that it's mere coincidence that a green, dual exhaust, two door Golf showed up in this guy's drawing and it's *not* Rob's car is hard to believe.
