Removing back seats

Hey, I know people on here have taken their back seats out. I want to lose as much weight as possible for a rally-x this weekend. How big of a deal is it? Will it be easy to put them back in? What do I need for tools? Thanks a lot.

GTI seats are pretty easy to remove
there are a few allen bolts in front of the seats and there is also a bracet between where the seats split
i'd say its like 20 pounds absolute max
prob more like 5-10 though
