you dont need to take the bumper rebar off, just the plastic cover. i justed repainted my stuff with, not just black paint, but black *flexible paint* specially for bumpers. to get the cover off, just grab ahold of one side, and yank. there are two slide on clamps, one on either side of the, and pressure clips all the way down the middle. the pressure ones pop out, and when you're ready, they pop right back in. email if you need more help http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
