While installing my W8 dome light last night I was splicing into my headlight switch connector so I could run the illumination wire up to the dome light I discovered that one of the wires going into the headlight switch connector was ripped out from the pin inside the connector. This makes sense because it seems to be the reason why the red lights on the headlight switch arn't lighting up. Does anyone know how to properly remove the pins from inside the headlight switch connector? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I got mine out using two small paperclips, but it's a royal pain in the rear. You have to push in on both sides at the same time to release the little hooks on the wire end. Take a look at the little gadget that they were talking about over at Fred's:
