Hey guys... is it possible to simply replace the lower seat cusion on one of my front seats? My interior is pretty much mint with the exception of a few tiny holes in my drivers seat. I'm sure there are a bunch of people who've ripped out thier somewhat ripped seats, so the lower cushion shouldn't be too hard to find. Anyone done this?

I haven't yet replaced the cushion, but I have pulled a few seats apart and the cushion comes out easily. Do you need to just replace the cushion cover or both?
There are only a few hog rings holding it down in the front and back.

Thats good to hear, thanks. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif I suppose it's only the covering that needs to be replaced, but I figured it would be easier just to swap the whole cusion. I'm assuming both the passenger and drivers side cusions are the same, is this right? Anyone have one laying around?
Thanks!

I had the same thing on my blue seats. Took it to a small upholstery shop, they pulled the center sections, cut out and sewed in a new center piece. Material matches the blue perfect, but lost the stripes. Looks good and kept my interior mostly OG!
Oh ya, cost me about $15 per seat!

did they replace the foam, too? my seat cloth is pretty beat, but my driver's side foam is pretty bad, too. i am wondering if an upholstery shop can fix this, or if i have to find new foam.

I replaced the material with some from a back seat i purchased at the junkyard. As you can see, there is a seam now, but most people can't tell the difference.

Lucas,
The upholstery shop will have the foam (and if they don't they shouldn't be calling theirselves an upholstery shop).
