Yes BUT it's not as simple as just swapping the head, you need to switch a host of other parts as well, it would be WAY cheaper and easier to just buying a good 16v engine and install it instead.

16v head on an mk3 8v ABA 2.0L block, however, will be ok, but it will yield a compression that is too low for normally aspirated...its an excuse to go turbo and get 300hp
