I have decided my car needs a resonator, the drone and lean fart noise has gotten to aggro! Does anyone have opinions on the different ones available (are they available aftermarket?) A friend of mine has one off a stock VR6 car he has offered it to me but I thought I'd check and see whether there might be an optimum size or model for power reasons. I have a cheap 2 1/8" custom bent "special" from budget with a decent stainless muffler but the noise is just to fatiguing on anything but a short rip.

i use dynomax bullets. they are very high flow, perforated core, and cheap. summit has some out now too. i'm not sure if they go as small as 2 1/8 though, but you could always use reducers.

Get a TT!!!! They are not extremely loud it includes a resonator and I think sound the best. Not overly aggresive or agitating. check em out http://www.techtonicstuning.com
