Rim Modification

I have a set of 5Zigen Inperio M-05's, with the correct fitment. BUT (theres always a but) the 14mm Bolts dont fit through the 12mm holes? Can i get them drilled bigger. it has enough meat for it? has anyone been successfull with it?
and how much did it cost?
