this is on a roc2 if that matters, is there a way to sand the hazing out, or buff it. I beleive I was told awjile back how to do this, but can't remember how it was done. this is what hey should look like when new

You can buff the light, but the haze will come back relatively soon afterwards. I'd suggest buffing them then try putting some protective film on the lights to see if it will prevent the haze from returning. Try http://www.lamin-x.com for some clear film.
