i blew my old motor

and am getting ready to put a new motor in it. i plan on driving my car, and autocrossing it. when i put the motor in i am replacing all my motor, trans, and diff mounts. my question is, is it worth the extra ching to do the rs4 motor mounts? are they that much stiffer? does it help with drivetrain slop? looking for first person experiences. any help is appreciated.

If I was gonna "thrash" the V6 I'd have put in S4 mounts from Blauparts, they weren't all that expensive and since the stock mounts only lasted 70K miles with gentle street use..I'd say it would behove you to put in a pair..along with a hard front snub mount..which should be cheap since its just a rubber donut that I'm sure you can get from someone molded in urethane. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
