when ppl say "the car is running rich", what is really the meaning of that??
I'm new to all this engine mods...

when lambda factor (air/fuel ratio) its over 14.7.

Basically it means that the there is too much fuel and not enough air.

Get on a dyno w/a a/f sniffer and run it.

Well, you could smell gas in your exhuast. It would smell, uh, 'rich'

Also get an air/fuel gauge hooked up to the car.
